Damdama Lake is the biggest lake in Haryana and stretches to almost three thousand acres. It is a popular place for picnics as well as for on-site training for fishing. Initially Damdama Lake was a small lake in Haryana and was formed when a stone and earthen dam constructed by the British was commissioned for rain water harvesting in 1947.

Damdama Lake is situated 8 km from Sohna and is known for its natural beauty. It is a pleasant place for tourist fond of fishing. The tourist corporation of Haryana has built a tourist centre viz Damdama
